1. What is the benefits to be a member? 

Sign up as a member has many benefits. You may receive regular updates from us about new arrivals and promotions. And it makes your online shopping easier as the system maintain your shopping cart after you have log off and you can continue to shop whenever you like as if you have not left the system.

2. Do you ship international?

Currently the website only takes order to ship to Malaysia and Singapore. For other countries, please contact us by email to order manually.

3. I have not received any reply regarding my inquiry and order

We usually reply within one working day, if you have not heard from us, please check whether our reply email dropped into your junk/spam mail folder as some public email service might treat unfamiliar emails as junk. Otherwise, feel free to contact us by phone or email again.

4. How long does it takes to deliver to me? 

Once we received confirmation of payment from you, your order will be sent out the next working day. it usually takes 2 to 7 working days depending on shipping method you choose. Please allow extra days in case there is any unforeseen delay in shipping, click on Shipping Information at footer of our website for more information.

5. How much does delivery cost me?

Delivery charge depends on shipping method selected, delivery address and order amount. In your shopping cart page, there will be a Get Shipping Estimate section, input your location and get the system to estimate your shipping charges.

6. How do i make payment?

Currently we have two payment methods you can choose from. If you have a Malaysia bank account, choose Billplz FPX payment, or choose the Paypal if you prefer credit card option.

7. Do you deliver to Singapore?

Yes. However, we can only deliver to RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS at the moment. Please click on “Shipping Information” at footer of our website more details.

8. Once submitted my order, how do i know my order is being attended to?

After submitting your order, you will receive an auto generated Order Confirmation email. If you do not, please check your spam/junk mail folder whether the email drop in there, or please email us.

9. Do you deliver to anywhere in Malaysia?

Yes. we can deliver to anywhere in Malaysia, including East Malaysia.

10. How do i specify choice of color if you have various color choice?

you can specify color of the product by telling us color and product ID in the Comments Box during checkout process, or drop us an email after your order. we will check availability and feedback to you in less than 24hours.
